Rasberry cheesecake

Rasberry cheesecake

500g rasberry
600g cottage cheese
200g sour cream
6 spoons of sugar
1 vanilla sugar
2 spoons of flour
3 eggs
1 packet of biscuits (as you prefer, sweeter or less sweeter, cocoa, without etc. )
200g butter
chocolate chips
jeley powder

Crush the biscuits but hand or in the kitchem robot. I used the kitchem robot for all the cake. Melt the butter and mix it with teh crushed biscuits. Lie it evenly in the cooking tray pressing with teh hand. Put it in the oven for 10 minutes for 150g, put it out and leave it to cool.
Mix the cottage cheese with teh sour cream, eggs, 4 spoons of sugar, 2 spoons of flour, a tea spoon of salt, vanilla sugar. Mix it or put it in the kitchem robot.
Put half the rasberries n the mixture. You can leave them whole or squish them in the kitchem robot. I put all in the kitchen robot and I got a beautiful pink cream.
Put the cream over the biscuit and  put it to the oven at 150g for 45 minutes. Verify from time to time. When it is ready get it out of the oven and leave it out to cool. Add the chocolate chips over the cookie.
The rest of the rasberries put it to boil witht 2 spoons of sugar and the jeley powder. Put it over the cookie and lie it evenly.
Leave it to cool and put it to the fridge until the next day.
Be careful when cuting the cookie because it can breake easily.
