Rolls with milk

Rolls with milk

750g flour
60g butter
7g yeast
2 tea spoons of salt
1 fist of sunflower seeds
1 baking powder
450 ml milk
1 egg beaten
sesame and poppy seeds

Put the flour, baking powder and salt is mixed in a big bowl. Make a hole in the middle and add the butter,
milk and yeast melted in a little milk. From all this ingredients you make an elastic dough. Leave it covered
in a warm place and leave it grow for 1 hour and a half.

Split the dough in 18 equal pieces. You can model them as you like. I make spirals, knots and balls (you can cut around it with the scissors and make it look like a flower).

Put the rolls on a pan on the baking paper, leave it covered for 20 minutes to grow some more. After this wipe them with the beaten egg and put sesame and poppy seeds over them. Put them in the oven at 230g for 15 minutes.

Serve them at breakfast with butter, salami, ham or jam.
