Aperitifs-snails with cheese and ham
Babovka- Slovak cake
1. You lay the dough, wipe it with ketchup, put slices of cheese, slices of ham, roll it, cut it in slices. Put it in the oven for 10 minutes
2. The soup contains lamb meat, bones, carrots and many greens leafs: green onion, parsley, cellery leafs and many other green leafes
3. Lamb steak: You put a very big lamb leg in the oven. You put oil, a big glass of dry white wine, 8 cloves of garlic, celery leafs, green onions, marjoram, rosemary, pepper etc. Put it in the oven at small fire first , then increase the temperature. Every 15 minutes take juice from the tray and pour it over the steak.
4.Babovka is a Slovak cookie which is usually done in a round form but i put it in a lamb and a rabbit one. You can do it from many things: vanilla, egg liquor, chocolate but i did the favorite of my husband: poppy seeds
130g poppy seeds
1 vanilla sugar
1 baking powder
1 small spoon of salt
Put the poppy seeds one hour in milk. Separate the yolks from the whites. Mix the yolks with the sugar and the oil. In the flour put the vanilla sugar, the baking powder. Add the yolks, the poppy seeds and the milk and mix everything. Beat the whites and add them in the mixture. Mix everything. Put it in the forms and cook for 45 minutes at 170 degrees.
Put the chocolate frosting.
